If you require an appointment time outside of posted hours or if the appointment allocation will not allow you to book the full appointment time that you require. Please do not hesitate to call, email us or book your appointment for the lesser time and leave a note with your lesser booked appointment request and we will confirm with you whether it is possible.

For Prenatal Massage - when booking please indicate in the notes section that your massage is for a Prenatal Massage, just so we can have the room ready for you at your appointment time.

 

RATES FOR FOOTCARE SERVICES

Footcare Treatment                    $55

* Simple Toenail Removal & Mild Callus Removal

* 30 to 45 minute appointment

  

B/S Toenail Bracing                     $65

* helps straighten curvature of the toenails that cause ingrowns

* per toenail

 

PAYMENTS

We are able to accept ALL forms of payment - Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

 

 

DIRECT BILLING

Direct billing available ONLY for Massage Therapy.

NO Direct Billing Available for FOOTCARE.

Receipts will be provided for any services provided for TAX PURPOSES under Medical Expenses.

 

All Insurance companies have a variety of different plans and products - here are some simple suggestions to let you know if you are eligible.

** You must have "Extended Health Benefits" coverage that includes massage therapy.
** You must have a valid Doctors note on file with most providers at the time of massage treatment.

If you are unsure of what your plan covers please contact your Insurance company or your Human Resource Department to confirm what your policy covers. Due to the "Privacy to Information Act" - All Insurance companies will not provide us with any information surrounding your you or your policy.

We are able to direct bill online - so we will be able to know how much your plan covers and if your claim is rejected, we will have a note stating the reason why. We will print out the statement and you can discuss it with your Insurance Company or your Human Resource Department on what needs to be done to be eligible.

Please be prepared to pay for your visits in the event that your Insurance company will not cover your treatments. We are unable to provide you with a credit to be paid for at a later date.

Please understand that your Insurance Company has provided us with the ability to direct bill only - but not to resolve issues surrounding your policy on your behalf.
